About me
As Second in Department for Geography, I am committed to fostering a dynamic and engaging learning environment for students. I teach KS3, 4 and 5 Geography. I specialise in human geography at A Level, with a particular interest in the geosocial aspects of the subject. Beyond the classroom, I lead the Humanities Club and run the KS4 Top-Up Subject Clinic, providing tailored support to help students excel academically.
I actively contribute to enriching the student experience by running our innovative "Geoggle Box" programme, designed to engage learners with geography beyond traditional lessons. Additionally, I support the Sports Department in hockey and netball and assist with the Duke of Edinburgh Award, helping students develop valuable life skills.
My role extends to planning and leading educational field visits, supporting international trips, including language and ski trips abroad, and serving as an AQA Geography Examiner. These experiences reflect my dedication to providing students with opportunities to grow academically, socially, and personally.
